EcoAcid is primarily used to clean (new) concrete surfaces in preparation for staining with Concrete Color Stains. It will lightly etch a non-porous substrate, especially compared to QuickEtch, which is used to thoroughly etch/profile your concrete and completely open the surface pores in preparation for staining with Concrete Color Stains.
