Sand bags are the workhorse of any job. Made from 100% burlap, these bags are strong, durable, and naturally biodegradable! They are available in several convenient sizes, with some featuring an attached drawstring.

Quick Overview

    There are multiple uses for sand bags in the garden, work site, or during an emergency. Fill them with sand to protect property during natural disasters such as a flood or mud slide. Transport soil, gravel, fertilizer and other items to a job site. Wrap root balls of trees and large plants and protect plants and trees from frost. Store vegetables such as potatoes, onions and other dry products in them.

    Prevent erosion on steep hillsides and use in landscaping projects to prevent soil movement, protect plants during planting, etc. Drawstring sand bags can be used to transport groceries in place of the plastic bags received at the market.
